About Me

I am a third-year geography PhD student and Graduate Teaching Associate at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. I teach Geovisualization and Geographic Information Science. My dissertation research focuses determining how different socioeconomic, environmental, and political factors interplay and impact the opioid epidemic in Tennessee over time and space.

Primary Research Interests: GIScience, quantitative research methods, data modeling, human geography, medical geography, epidemiology, hazards and disasters
